SRBT is a vegetation engineering and soil protection company. It develops the engineering concept, specifies the system, and executes the work — for infrastructure, post-extraction land, ecological restoration, dust control, and specialised applications. SRBT does not respond to third-party specifications. The engineering comes first.
Headquartered in Strasslach near Munich, SRBT operates as a single point of technical responsibility — from site analysis and problem definition through system engineering to completed vegetation and stabilisation systems.
SRBT does not operate as a subcontractor and does not respond to third-party bills of quantities. The engineering concept is developed by SRBT based on site assessment — execution follows from that concept under SRBT method statements.
Direct operations cover the EU and Central Europe. International project delivery and training are conducted through a selective partner network in MENA, India, and Asia.
Biopolymer Solutions GmbH (BPS), Austria, is an independent R&D company specialising in biopolymer and mineral-fibre formulations for soil protection, vegetation engineering, and surface stabilisation.
SRBT is BPS's designated field application and testing partner — providing real-site validation data across substrate types, climate zones, and application contexts. This partnership gives SRBT access to BPS formulations at development stage, before they enter general availability.
SRBT Saudi Arabia by Sela AgriCo is a brand partnership combining SRBT engineering systems with Sela AgriCo's operational infrastructure and regional presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The partnership covers project execution, partner training, and the Desert-to-Green research initiative — a joint BPS/SRBT/Sela project developing vegetation systems for arid landscapes, including particle binding, pedogenesis layer construction, and water retention engineering.
GASBE is a professional community of practice for soil bioengineering practitioners. It is not a certification body. It provides a framework for technical knowledge exchange, training, and shared professional standards.
SRBT founded and maintains GASBE. Participation is open to all practitioners, independent of SRBT partnership status.
SRBT is not structured for high-volume project intake. Inquiries from project owners, engineering consultants, and potential partners are assessed individually.
