The partnership is structured around a clear division of competence. SRBT provides the engineering concept, material and system logic, method statement documentation, proprietary analysis and simulation tools, and the technical backoffice. The partner provides operational presence, machinery, crews, and client relationships in their territory.
Partners can commission complete project engineering concepts from SRBT — site assessment, system specification, method statement, material selection — and execute under SRBT system standards.
This is not a franchise model. There are no royalties or brand licensing fees. The arrangement is operational: engineering support in exchange for field execution capacity under defined quality standards.
