Equipment and materials are part of the engineering concept, not separate procurement decisions. The method is only as precise as the equipment that delivers it. SRBT maintains a configured machine fleet and operates within an equipment manufacturer and material supplier network that extends access to partners.
The fleet includes centrifugal, cavitation, and gear pump configurations. Each type has a defined performance envelope: centrifugal pumps for high-flow, standard-viscosity applications; cavitation systems for high-fibre, high-density matrices; gear pumps for precise metering of viscous biopolymer formulations.
Machine selection is part of the system specification — determined by the material system and site conditions, not by availability or cost.
Established relationships with equipment manufacturers allow SRBT to commission pre-configured machines for specific application contexts: confined-access urban sites, rail-mounted trackside systems, helicopter-slung mixing units, and high-volume arid-climate configurations.
SRBT does not sell equipment. Partners access the manufacturer network through their partnership arrangement and can source equipment configured to SRBT specifications.
Material selection is part of the engineering specification, not a procurement decision. Seed mixtures, mulch matrix composition, substrate amendments, and stabilisation formulations are specified for each site based on the engineering concept.
SRBT is not a materials supplier. Partners access the material supplier network — including the Biopolymer Solutions GmbH formulation portfolio — through their partnership arrangement.
Partners access SRBT's manufacturer and supplier networks as a component of the partnership. Equipment can be configured and sourced to SRBT specifications without the partner needing to establish independent manufacturer relationships.
A partner entering a new sector or application area does not need to rebuild the supply chain from scratch — the network access is already in place.
Equipment configuration and material specification are addressed through the project engineering process. System requirements determine equipment and material selection — not the other way around.
