SRBT training is not an orientation programme. It is the mechanism for transferring engineering standards from SRBT to partner operators — a prerequisite for partnership at all tiers and an ongoing obligation.
Europe-based training covers engineering methodology, system standards, material science, and analysis and simulation tools. Conducted at SRBT facilities and active project sites across Central Europe.
On-site training is delivered in the partner's territory, calibrated for local substrate conditions, climate, and application context. It translates theoretical system knowledge into operational practice under real-site conditions.
The system portfolio is not static. Biopolymer Solutions GmbH formulations enter the portfolio as field validation confirms performance. Update training is delivered before new systems are deployed in partner territories.
Update training is delivered through the GASBE framework — combining formal training content with peer exchange between practitioners working with the same systems in different regions.
Tier 3 partners receive instruction on SRBT's proprietary analysis and simulation tools — the same tools used internally by SRBT for project assessment, system selection, and client-facing presentation.
After completing tool training, partners can operate these systems independently for project assessment in their territory.
Training programme structure and scheduling are defined as part of the partnership arrangement. All tiers include Europe-based and on-site training components.
